Train Environment Assignment

In viscom 1 class we had to sketch a train station environment in 2 point perspective leaving the area where the train would be blank.  We used verithin black pencil and cool grey markers.  Now I have to just photo copy this multiple times and add in some of our train designs from the previous assignment.  I will post some of my trains after finishing this weeks assignment.

Intermediate Trans Projects

Here are some of the projects I did while taking Intermediate Transportation Design at Art Center at Night with Dave Oconnell.  Projects include the Redesign of the Nissan Juke,  a fully enclosed Armani Bike, and a Mass Transit Greyhound Freeway Running Vehicle.  Sorry for the bad quality pictures.  These projects will still be a work in progress for my portfolio.

Exit Through The Giftshop

Just finished watching "Banksey's Exit Through the Giftshop,"  A documentary on street art.  I found this to be one of the more inspiring documentaries I have seen, and has successfully shown art in a different perspective.  I highly recommend this documentary to anybody with a passion for art or access to netflix.

Free Time in Afghanistan

These are two of several drawings that I did while in Afghanistan in 2009.  Godfather and Freddy in ballpoint pen.  My deployment is sort of what kick-started my passion into art again, along with my decision to pursue a career in art.

Perfume Advertisement Project

In Viscom class we were assigned to design perfume bottles for a retail company and draw it in ad form.  I used prisma color pencils, ballpoint pen, marker on canson paper.
